Cancellation
Cancellation:
- You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated within 24 hrs. Refund amount will take 8 to 10 days to reflect in your account.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us at online@furnicheer.com. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24hrs of placing the order.
- Once a product has been delivered and installed, it cannot be returned or canceled.
Warranty:
- All our products come with a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defects under normal household conditions.
Scope of warranty:
- All metal and wood finishes change slightly with time due to the natural behavior of the finishes. Such a change does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
- All foam composites do naturally soften with use. This softening does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
- The customer is required to follow suitable cleaning of wood surfaces using no aggressive cleaning agents.
- Products once set up after unpacking in a particular location must not be repacked with unauthorized packaging material or moved to another location.
The warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by impact, cuts, scratches, accidents
- Improper storage, assembly, or installation, inappropriate use, or incorrect cleaning methods or products.
- Upholstery and fabrics are also not covered.
Please note that solid wood may contract and expand in response to seasonal climate variations and is not included in the warranty.
