• We will deliver the products to the address provided by the customer during the order placement process. Customer to ensure that the address is accurate and complete.
• We work with trusted third-party delivery partners, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. However, we cannot guarantee their services or any delays that may occur during the transit.

 

Insurance:

• We offer insurance coverage for the products during transit to provide protection against loss or damage. This transit insurance is included in the price of the product.
• In the event of loss or damage during transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours from the hour of delivery supported by detailed images and videos showing the extent of damage with pictures of labels included. We will work with the insurance provider to facilitate the claims process and provide a suitable resolution.
