Shipping & Insurance

We provide worldwide doorstep delivery within 4 to 5 weeks and are proud to maintain an exceptional 99% damage-free delivery record. 

Shipping:

  • We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring their safe delivery to customers.
  • All our products are shipped only after customer approval and after three levels of quality control. Our 3-layer foolproof packaging includes a soft protective layer to protect the finish, a foam layer to provide cushioning against damages, and a hard wooden box.
  • We make all reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship orders within the specified timeframe. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We work with trusted third-party delivery partners like Bluedart, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
  • Our Operations team will provide you with complete dispatch details, including a tracking code for consignments sent by the delivery partners. You will get regular updates through this tracking code.
  • If you have any concerns regarding the shipment or you receive any communication directly from the logistics partner, reach out to us for any clarifications.
  • We will deliver the products to the address provided by the customer during the order placement process. Customer to ensure that the address is accurate and complete.
  • Please Note: Installation and assembly of the products can be provided on request.

Insurance:

  • Your package is completely insured against Damage or Loss during transit. While this rarely happens we request the customers to do the following, in the 1% chance it does.
  • In case the customer finds any damages to the outer box, detailed images and videos need to be taken of the damage, including the shipping labels and shared with us within 24 hours of delivery to claim insurance. The same needs to be written on the delivery slip.
  • On opening the box, if the customer finds any damages in the product or missing parts they need to share the same with our team, through detailed images and videos wherever applicable. The issue in question will be verified by the Furnicheer team to assess the legitimacy of the complaint. We will replace/provide the parts or product as the case may be.
  • In case you don't receive the product or it gets lost in transit we will work with the insurance provider to facilitate the claims process and provide a suitable resolution or replacement.
  • Please Note: Insurance claims can take up to 3 months, we request the customer's patience and cooperation during the resolution process.
